The new Shimano Ultegra DI2 R8050 receives a deep aesthetic and functional redesign, with a more dynamic and elegant appearance, and Synchro Shift and Semi Synchro Shift technologies for automatic and semi-automatic synchronized shifting.

The redesign of the derailleur and the adoption of Shadow technology in the derailleur are added to the cranks with an imposing presence and the robust brake bridges.

The complete SHIMANO Ultegra Di2 8050 electronic groupset has been completely renovated aesthetically and features the latest Dura-Ace technologies, such as Synchro Shift and Semi Synchro Shift, thanks to which you can configure the ratio between the sprockets and the chainrings to your liking every time you change gear (customizable via the E-Tube app on your computer, tablet or smartphone).

It presents a much more dynamic and elegant aesthetic line, as well as robust. This characteristic is especially appreciated in the Hollowtech II bottom bracket with 4 arms and oversized cranks but with a marked aero character, which improve stiffness without increasing weight.

The new Ultegra Di2 rear derailleur adopts the Shadow design of the high-end models to go under the cassette, well protected from possible shocks.

For its part, the front derailleur has a more compact structure and guarantees very fast chainring changes.

The aesthetic and ergonomic lines of the Dual Control levers are inspired by the Dura-Ace R9100, while the interior technology has been revised to improve the quality of the gear changes. A clearer spacing between the shift buttons improves operation and makes it more intuitive. Each change has the multi-shift option enabled or disabled. They include remote switch top buttons, useful for controlling electronic devices such as GPS (Garmin). Customize each command by activating or deactivating multi-shifting through the E-Tube app

The brake calipers accept wider tires (up to 28mm thick) and are more efficient with the dual pivot design, thanks to their oversized body; the small opening handle is better integrated into the aerodynamic design of the bridges.
